Pensi Rescue Oy is a privately owned company which was founded in the early 1930´s.

Since the 1970´s, Pensi has manufactured patient transport products for ambulances and transportation vehicles. All Pensi products have always been designed and manufactured in Finland.

Our product range covers all equipment needed for transporting and handling patients. This also helps our customers in making choices. As the products are designed and manufactured in the same place, it is easier for the customer to acquire a functional, uniform and neat interior in the vehicle.

Since the foundation of the company, Pensi has focused on high quality and continuous R&D.

Pensis product development is user-based. With material choices and ergonomic solutions it is possible to improve both user-friendliness as well as hygiene and easy cleaning, which have become more and more important in the field.

Today Pensi is the leading designer and manufacturer of patient transport equipment in the Nordic countries. The Pensi trademark is known all over the world, and well over half of our production goes into export.
